Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We receive from Stripe:

• Stripe customer ID
• Billing history and invoice records
• Payment method type (e.g., "Visa ending in 4242")

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain our 3D generation service
• Process your text prompts and generate 3D models
• Store your models for the retention period
• Process payments and track usage for billing

AI-Generated Content

How Generation Works: When you submit a text prompt, it is processed by our AI infrastructure partners to generate concept images and 3D models. Your prompts are transmitted to these partners solely for the purpose of generating your requested content.

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the 3D models generated from your prompts. However, we make no claims regarding intellectual property clearance of AI-generated content. See our Terms of Service for details on your responsibilities.

Training Data: Your prompts and generated content may be used to improve our service quality. If you wish to opt out of having your data used for service improvement, please contact us at privacy@automatic3d.com.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our product:

Data Retention

• Account data: Retained until you delete your account
• Free tier models: Not stored after generation (download immediately)
• Paid models: Stored for 30 days, then automatically deleted
• Prompts: Stored with model records for your history
• Billing records: Retained for 7 years for tax purposes
